He's heard that phrase so many times at work and it's true LESS OFTEN than it is false. Niragi can say he's not tired all he wants. It doesn't mean that his words are believed. They're not. If Niragi really doesn't feel that tired, then it's probably only because he's a few minutes from an adrenaline and/or caffeine crash.

Which Chishiya is aware is a bit HYPOCRITICAL of him to say when he nearly dozed off in the meeting earlier. He hadn't, and he's fairly confident that no one even noticed ; he knows well enough how to operate when he's lacking sleep - PERFECTED MASK. ( And late shifts at the hospital and classes. ) The only exception might be the militant himself when Chishiya had caught Niragi's stare but he's not sure if that was real or imagined. Doesn't matter, he's not the one making it obvious how tired they are which IS what matters.
